Ocean View Games Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery. Slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour and human trafficking have no place in our business or in our supply chain, and we are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.
Our turnover is below the threshold at which section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 requires a company to publish a statement. We publish this one voluntarily, so that clients, partners and suppliers can see where we stand.
Ocean View Games Ltd is a video game development studio based in London and registered in England and Wales. We provide game development, porting, optimisation and co-development services to game studios and to educational and corporate organisations.
We are a small team of skilled professionals producing software. We do not manufacture physical goods, and our supply chain is short. It consists mainly of:

In our own business, we:

Everyone at Ocean View Games who is involved in hiring or in choosing suppliers is expected to understand this statement and the signs of modern slavery, and to raise a concern as soon as they have one.
If you have a concern about modern slavery connected to our business or our supply chain, contact us at legal@oceanviewgames.co.uk. We will take every report seriously and look into it promptly.
You can also contact the UK Modern Slavery and Exploitation Helpline on 08000 121 700 or at modernslaveryhelpline.org. If someone is in immediate danger, call 999.
We review this statement every year, and sooner if our business or supply chain changes significantly. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
